Background. The model of sleep reactivity to stress considers as a link in the pathogenesis insomnia disorder – degree which disturbs sleep, manifests difficulty initiating and maintaining sleep. aim . To study clinical psychological features well subjective objective indexes subjects with high level stress. Materials methods status, according Ford Insomnia Response Stress Test were studied among 18–75 year-old without significant disturbances patients chronic insomnia. Polysomnography was performed for evaluation parameters. Results It found that individuals levels characterized by anxiety, restlessness, neuroticism. According results Pittsburg questionnaire, lower quality revealed. These findings correlated polysomnographic studies: less deep its efficiency due disturbances. Conclusions Individuals are greater anxiety combined disturbance like type.
